What is the INNOPen Micro-needling procedure?
This is a minimally invasive procedure and involves no preparation. At your appointment, we apply numbing cream to the treatment area and allow it to take effect. Once numb, we proceed with the INNOPen Micro Needling treatment. The most common treatment areas for this procedure are the face and neck.
The treatment will take around one hour, depending on the area being treated. Prepare to be here for 90 minutes unless otherwise specified.
Is INNOPen Micro-needling right for me?
If you wish to look more radiant without surgery, injections, or laser procedures, then INNOPen is an excellent option to consider. Most all skin types benefit greatly from Micro Needling.
How much does INNOPen Micro-needling cost?
Cost will depend on the treatment area that you choose. The most common treatment area is the face. We will recommend other areas, such as the neck, if we see that you can benefit.
Your cost for 1 treatment for the face is $399. The cost for a package of 3 treatments for the face is $999. We accept cash, debit, and all major credit card. We also have a payment plans available for packages over $1000 at Viso.

What is the down time and what side effects should I expect?
Most all healing will take place within the first 4 hours post treatment. Most clients should be completely healed within 48 hours. However, some more sensitive skins may require up to 72 hours post treatment.
After the treatment you can expect some slight swelling, heat, itchiness, and redness (like a mild sunburn). These symptoms are normal and can vary from 3–7 days, depending on the individual.
You will be able to apply make-up and resume regular activities within 24 hours.
What does the INNOPen Micro-needling Treatment feel like?
An INNOPen Treatment is virtually painless. At most, some light pressure can be felt. While some areas may feel sensitive, the INNOPen design, has taken many factors into consideration where client comfort is concerned. You will have a numbing cream applied to the treatment area prior to each treatment for added comfort.
What to expect during your INNOPen consultation?
Your skin will be assessed to make sure you are a good candidate for Micro Needling. We will assess the number of treatments that are needed. A customized home care regime will be set up. You will get an upfront price for everything that is needed for optimum results. If you decide to purchase a package, there will be waiver forms to go over with your Technician and sign. In addition, you will be given pre treatment and post treatment instructions that you will need to follow.

Do I have to use certain products at home with the INNOPen Collagen Induction Micro-Needling treatments?
Yes. Viso Medi Spa carries products that are safe to use prior to, and following your Micro Needling treatments. The use of products not recommended by Viso can result in burning, stinging, discomfort, excessive redness, and possibly infection.
There are millions of products out there and we cannot recommend what we do not know.
Your Technician will recommend products specific to your treatments and expected results. Skincare is not just about the treatments you have in a spa. When you invest into treatments such as INNOPen, you do not want to miss out on the effects of proper home care. This is relevant to any service you have in a spa.
Is there anyone who should not have the INNOPen Collagen Induction Therapy?
Yes. It is very important to speak to your Viso Technician about any health concerns you may have. It is important that your Technician knows of any medications you are taking.
Also, there are certain skin types that should not receive micro-needling (an example would be anyone who has Rosacea). There are other treatments that will be recommend for Rosacea or other conditions that are unable to have Micro Needling.
